Packaging anew

Eco design

Nowadays, more and more brands not only redesign their product packaging so that – out of concern for our common future – they are more environmentally friendly. The Research and Development Department at Koopress works on solutions that will meet customers’ expectations in this regard. This is why we propose a concept of replacing plastic or multi-material plastic-containing packaging with more environmentally friendly mono-material constructions.

Specific solutions

The sustainable packaging solutions developed by Koopress are based on several key principles of eco-design:

We propose, among other things, mono-material packaging solutions which can be recycled after use. They require smaller amounts of material while maintaining the key properties of a container, i.e. securing the content at every stage of packaging and distribution, protection against moisture, against light, sufficient robustness for product handling and freight, as well as marketing and communication-related functions. The use of smaller material amounts for packaging manufacturing means a lower burden on the environment, i.e. fewer trees felled, less production waste, less fuel consumed for transport and a smaller carbon footprint.

Let’s care about the future together

Do you know that product packaging has a great impact on its carbon footprint? It is not only about how easy it is to dispose of a product but also about how much material and energy is consumed in its manufacturing and transport. At Koopress, we opt for innovative packaging solutions, which are not only nice to look at and functional, but also environmentally friendly. You are welcome to see our offer of mono-material containers, which are lightweight, robust and easily recyclable. What can we do together for our common future?

“To achieve these goals, we have implemented energy-saving technologies and are continuously using materials from renewable sources, thereby promoting sustainable practices in business activities and in everyday life”.
