What is KolorLab \u2013 Koopress Paint Mixing Room?<\/b><\/p>\n\n

KolorLab is a technologically advanced laboratory where paint formulations for printing solid board packaging are created. Equipped with modern devices, such as IGT testers, it allows for the creation of color samples directly on the target material. This helps verify how a particular color behaves on specific types of board, considering its structure, grammage, and finish.<\/p>\n\n

At KolorLab, we also use professional mixers for wet paints, enabling precise reproduction of approved colors for reprints or serial production.<\/p>\n\n

We use advanced software like DOSIS and Ink Formulation 6.52 to create formulas, allowing for perfectly matched colors with optimal pigment usage.<\/p>\n\n

Color Control \u2013 Precision That Starts Before Printing<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Before the actual production of packaging begins, Koopress creates a color sample on the actual substrate. Using IGT devices, we can faithfully replicate the printing process. This allows our clients to verify the final effect before production begins.<\/p>\n\n
